Soft Tissue Therapy
For soft tissue injuries and restrictions, he is skilled in myofascial release therapy, which is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Dr. Tate helps patients regain their strength, balance, prevent falls, increase range of motion, and decrease pain. Through therapeutic exercise programs, patients can increase their strength, muscle function, coordination, endurance, and mobility. This is especially important after an injury.
